Think about when your customers decide. A haircut, a gym trial, a doctor's slot — most people sort out tomorrow while lying in bed tonight. They message two or three places. Whoever answers first usually gets the booking.
1. Set an away message that actually helps
"We're closed" loses the customer. Instead, add your timings, a price list link and a promise: "Send your preferred time — we'll confirm by 10 AM." Free, five minutes, in the WhatsApp Business app settings.
2. Put your prices where people can see them
"Price kya hai?" is the most common late-night question. A catalogue or a pinned price image answers it without you.
3. Offer fixed slots, not "come anytime"
Three clear options ("11:00, 1:30 or 5:00?") get faster answers than an open question, and they're easier to automate later.
4. Remind people the day before
A short reminder with an easy way to reschedule cuts no-shows. Even doing it by hand each evening helps.
5. Let an assistant answer while you sleep
When messages keep coming after hours, a WhatsApp assistant can answer from your real prices and timings, offer slots, book them and send the reminder — and hand anything unusual to you in the morning.
Start with 1–4 this week. If you still see messages you couldn't answer in time, that's the number to look at before you decide on 5.
